Description : This charming glass bookcase was produced by the British furniture company G-Plan in the mid-twentieth century. G Plan - E. Gomme Ltd based in High Wycombe, England, a major centre of British furniture manufacturing. The company was renowned for its range of high quality sideboards, tables and other woodworking items and for being the first to offer custom designed and manufactured furniture sets. This simple but elegant bookcase consists of a two-door glass cabinet with a central glass shelf in the upper part and an open bookcase at the bottom. We mounted the piece on hairpin feet offering the best of both retro and contemporary design.
