Vintage Leather Swivel Lounge Chair with Ottoman from Madsen & Schubell Danish

Danish 1970s swivel lounge chair with ottoman, designed by notable design duo Acton Schubell and IB Madsen. The chair is upholstered throughout in genuine textured Buffalo leather, which is Brown in colour. The backrest, seat and head cushions feature Leather pin detailing, with the arms protruding out from the sides of the sofa and sweeping down to the front, this being a trademark of pieces by Madsen & Schubell. The chair also has a tilt function which can be locked and unlocked with a lower leaver. The whole piece is raised upon an elegant five star metal swivel base, with Rosewood inserts. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of mid Century furniture. Available 2 chairs with ottomans. Price is for one chair with ottoman. Seat height 45 cm.
