Vintage Dining set by Arne Vodder for Sibast Denmark 1960s

A beautiful dining room set designed by Arne Vodder, manufactured by Sibast in Denmark, circa 1960. This luxurious set contains one extendable dining table and six dining chairs. The table is completely made of the highest quality tropical hardwood and is extendable from 118 to 168 to 218( ) cm by using two inlay tops. The chairs are crafted with an incredible eye for detail and are made of the same wood with very nice original upholstery to the seats in blue green fabric. The chairs have rounded spokes to the backrests which is a great finishing touch to the elegant design. Two of the six chairs also have armrests. This set would make a great addition to any Mid-Century ModernScandinavian interior, thanks to it’s beautiful and versatile design Chair sizes: 56 x 54 x H. 97.5 (SH. 45) cm Table sizes: 118-168-218 x 120 x H. 72 cm The set remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
