Vintage Coffee Table by Antonin Kropacek and Karel Kozelka for Interier Praha 1947

An iconic coffee table designed by architects Antonin Kropacek and Karel Kozelka. It was first produced by Ceske Umelecke Dilny in Czechoslovakia. This table was part of a set together with two armchairs which was awarded a silver medal for furniture design at the VIII. Milan Triennale in 1947. This particular piece is from the 1950’s and has got a striking dark brown oak pattern. The simplicity and elegance of its shape together with the high quality material makes this table a real timeless furniture design masterpiece. This coffee table is in original vintage condition with some patina acquired over the years.
