About this vintage design furniture
Made fully out of copper this brutalist lamp is a great example of Sorensen’s acid treatment of soft metals- brass and copper. It gives fantastic slightly red light and has long, original chain with ceiling mount that can be adjusted to the desirable hight

About the designer
Henning SORENSEN
Henning Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his elegant, modern furniture. Born in 1926, Sorensen began his career as an apprentice in a Copenhagen carpentry workshop. He went on to work for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture.
