About this vintage design furniture
This is the iconic series of Swedish designer Carl-Thores pendant light called "Trava". The original idea behind the lamps was that you could take them apart and reconstruct them to your liking. This is a slightly smaller version in copper colored brushed aluminium. Light wear consistent with age. A few scratches and marks as seen in the images. Rewired with a white textile cable.

Carl Thore was a Swedish designer who was born in 1917 and died in 2004. He is best known for his work in the field of lighting, having worked for the famous Swedish design company Granhaga Metallindustri AB, which produced high-quality luminaires.
