About this vintage design furniture
Walter Gropius established his own practice for architecture and industrial design in 1910 and became one a founding member of the Bauhaus. One of his designs from that period is this F51 chair designed for the directors room at the Bauhaus school in Weimar, 1920. This pair of chairs where produced by Tecta and come in a black wooden frame with a leather upholstery.
