About this vintage design furniture
Rare Modernist pair of 1930s Bentwood ‘Lamda’ Chairs by Hein Heckroth made for Dartington Hall Limited, Devon, England as part of the ‘Dartside’ range of Modernist Lamda Furniture. The frames have been cleaned and polished, new seat webbing and upholstered in a grey fabric, back cushions are feather filled. Makers badge underneath. Featured in the book ‘Going Modern and Being British’ 1910-1960.
