About this vintage design furniture
Mid Century Danish modern pendant light designed by Georg Jensen and manufactured by the Nordisk Solar Compagni in the 1960s. This geometric shaped architectural light fixture is comprised of metal interlocking sections, which look like blinds. Unique look when off, beautiful when lit. Very hard to find, and with beautiful appearance. In good condition.

About the designer
Georg JENSEN
Georg Jensen was a Danish designer known for his work in the field of gold and silverware. Born in 1866 in Raadvad, a small town north of Copenhagen, he began his career as an apprentice jeweler with a local silversmith at the age of 14.
