About this vintage design furniture
A restored model no.175 rosewood secretary desk by Bernhard Pedersen & Son of Denmark in 1968. All exterior surfaces have been carefully stripped and lacquer finished and present beautifully – with a rich variation in colour and grain. Complete with original key the secretary desk features three generously proportioned drawers, drop-down writing surface and a fully fitted interior.

About the designer
Aage PEDERSEN
Aage Pedersen was a Danish designer born in 1906 and died in 1983. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before beginning his career as an industrial designer in the 1930s. He worked for several Danish companies, including the Danish furniture company Fritz Hansen, where he designed many popular pieces of furniture in the 1950s and 1960s.
