About this vintage design furniture
Verner Panton developed this enigmatic ceiling light for Louis Poulsen in 1971. It was made of translucent synthetic materials so that it could be seen in the dark as a fluorescent object, rather than as a lamp in the traditional sense. The spy is a great example of the original and daring designs that emerged from the Space Age.
