Vintage teak and metal wall unit for Whb, Germany 1970

Self-supporting modular teak shelving system with black lacquered metal structure from the 1960s, designed by German manufacturer WHB. The system comprises three black metal ladders, eight shelves and two pedestals: - a hinged-door pedestal with interior shelf - a double sliding-door pedestal Dimensions: W 145 x D 39 x H 189 Shelf depth: 26 cm Cabinet depth: 36 cm Cabinet height: 47 cm Period: 60s/70s Origin: Germany Manufacturer: WHB Attribution: No visible attribution mark (label missing) but model identified and listed. Restoration: The entire system has been sanded and oiled to nourish and protect the wood. Condition: Good - Minimal age-related wear on metal structures and a few scratches on some cases (see photos). Reference : 312262
