About this vintage design furniture
In the 1960s, Philip Hussey designed a stunning Rosewood sideboard for The Rogate collection, created for the high-end cabinet maker White and Newton in Portsmouth, England.
This sideboard is a rare find in the market. It has been entirely restored by a professional restorer, preserving all of its original features. The design is very refined, with no handles and a beautiful wavy shape in solid teakwood for the drawers that cleverly hide the handles. The cabinet doors of the sideboard are made of stunning Brazilian rosewood veneer for the hinged doors, making it a truly remarkable piece of furniture.
