1930s modernist lamp by the German firm Hala, DRGM, model 701. The arm swivels forwards and backwards and the shade swivels in all directions. Certified original edition. Restored, the metal base and shade have been treated with a black baked-on paint by a professional painter. In working order, it has been overhauled.
