About this vintage design furniture
The Trava lamp from the 1960s, designed by Carl Thore (Sigurd Lindkvist), manufactured by the Swedish company Granhaga Metallindustri. Trava is definitely the most popular and most widespread design of designer lamps by the Swedish designer. Trava lamps are characterized by soft, warm, diffused and multi-colored light. The lamps were produced in several stylistic, size, color and material variants.

The lamp is in good condition, traces of use visible in the photos.
The lamps have been thoroughly cleaned and the cable has been replaced with a new, braided one. The lamps come with a new metal canopy.

Carl THORE
Carl THORE was a Swedish designer born in 1917 and died in 2007. He is best known for his glass lighting designs, notably for Flygsfors Glasbruk, for whom he worked from 1947 to 1959.
