About this vintage design furniture
Pair of armchairs by Danish designer Svend Aage Eriksen in very good condition. The teak has retained its patina and is in excellent condition, while the cognac-colored skai cushions (different hue due to light) were redone by an upholsterer a few years ago. Kept in the same family since their purchase in the 60s. Back height with cushions 78cm/ seat height 42cm/ width 72cm/ depth 69cm/ arm height 50cm.

About the designer
Svend Aage ERIKSEN
Svend Aage Eriksen (1918-2002) was a renowned Danish designer, known for his innovative and functional work in furniture and lighting. Born in Copenhagen, he studied at the city's Royal Academy of Fine Arts and worked for various design companies before opening his own studio in 1954.
