About this vintage design furniture

Inspired by Klint's safari chair from 1933, Arne Norell created his own version of a collapsable safari with the "Sirocco" lounge chair in 1964 with dowel and leather strap construction. This chair of more recent production by Norell Møbel AB in Aneby Sweden in a medium slung red/orange leather and light ashwood frame in excellent condition.
