Pair of vintage white carrara marble side tables, Germany 1970

Beautiful carrara white side tables produced in Germany during the 70s. The tables have a square shape with a 45 degree cut on one side. The tables have different height so as to provide for an interesting contrast. Beautiful and sober modernist design. The tables are very heavy and only built out of solid marble. The lower table is 34 cm, the higher table is 42 cm. The side tables are in good condition with some traces of use on the feet. One of the tabes has a dark stripe visible in the top layer of the marble. Reference : 294857
