About this vintage design furniture
A rare sofa by Gio Ponti for Casa e Giardino from the 1950s, curved three-seater sofa.
The sofa was reupholstered more than twenty years ago but the velvet is worn and I recommend a new upholstery.

Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
