About this vintage design furniture
Stunning mid-century wall lamps/sconces designed by Carl Fagerlund for Swedish Orrefors and Danish Lyfa ('Geffion' model, 1960s). Textured light amber art glass shades with an organic pattern reminiscent of ice by Orrefors. The shades are fixed with two brass knobs to brass fixtures by Lyfa. The wall lamps create a beautiful atmosphere (see pictures).
Cleaned, re-wired and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, UK, US, etc.). Each wall light requires one E14 light bulb. LED compatible. Height: 28 cm; width: 12 cm; depth (from wall): 7 cm. Very good vintage condition.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
