About this vintage design furniture

Incredibly neat Delantra in thick cowhide leather with a natural look. The armchair stands on a chromed base, covered with a rattan wickerwork, in excellent condition. The leather is very well maintained and shows no craquelure. The armchair rotates perfectly and stably. Reference : 281431

Gerrit (Gerard) Van Der Berg (1947-2011) was a Dutch designer known for his modern, functional furniture creations. He studied at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as an industrial designer at Gispen, a Dutch furniture company.
