About this vintage design furniture
Minimalist floor lamp by Floris Fiedeldij for Artimeta, 1960s. The lamp is fully adjustable by the ball joint in the foot and the hood is also adjustable and gives light on two sides (see photo). At night, one side of the hood resembles an eclipse. Dimensions: h x w x d (diameter foot) = 130 x 42 x 20 cm. The dimensions of the hood are h x d = 20 x 11 cm. Material: metal, nickel and aluminum. Color: black, silver and white.
The condition of these pre-owned lamps is still good with normal signs of use; the condition of the shade is still very good, the foot has some signs of use (see photos). The wiring has been checked by an electrician

Floris H. FIEDELDIJ
Floris H. Fiedeldij was a Dutch designer who was born on January 29, 1921 in Amsterdam and died on September 3, 2004 in Baarn, Netherlands. He is best known for his work in product design and graphic motifs, notably for the Royal Tichelaar Makkum brand of ceramics.
