Vintage armchairs by Luciano Frigerio, 1970

Superb and very rare set of 4 armchairs designed by Luciano Frigerio and produced by Frigerio Desio in the 1970s. The condition is excellent as in the photos, the armchairs are upholstered in Alcantara suede in a glossy terracotta color. The particularity of the set is that they can be used as individual armchairs or as a single modular sofa that takes the form of a wave. The base of the armchairs is covered with a brass leaf. The cushions and seats are stuffed with goose down, making them extremely comfortable. The only small flaw on one corner was a small tear in the leather, which has been restored and is no longer visible, as shown in the photos.
