About this vintage design furniture
A vintage teak bookcase designed by Kai Kristiansen for FM Mobler in the 60s. It shows beautiful details in solid teak and, with its minimalist line, becomes a sculpture-like object on the wall. It is a modular shelving system that can be easily arranged upon one will, by using metal brackets fitting into the rails. The lower shelf is 32 cm deep and can be used as a desk for a laptop or making quick notes, or reading a book.
The set consists of:
- one shelf 32 cm deep
- 2 shelves 24 cm deep
- 1 shelf 18 cm deep
- two metal rails 150 cm long
Great vintage condition with minor traces of use. Wood preserved with additional layers of Danish Oil.
