About this vintage design furniture
Pair of armchairs designed by ARP (Atelier de Recherche Plastique) founded in 1954 by Pierre Guariche, Michel Mortier and Joseph-André Motte and manufactured by Steiner. They have been entirely restored, foams and fabrics. Armrests in curved beech wood in perfect condition.

About the designer
Hugues STEINER
1926 - 1991Hugues Steiner was a French designer born in Mulhouse in 1933 and died in Paris in 2014. He studied at the Strasbourg School of Applied Arts, then worked as a graphic designer and art director in several advertising agencies in France and Switzerland.
