About this vintage design furniture

Luxurious 1970s sideboard by Guy Lefèvre for Maison Jansen. The sideboard is made of beautiful black lacquered door panels surrounded by brass striping with a travertine marble top. The travertine top shows a lively drawing. Inside the sideboard there are three shelves and two drawers, the shelves are adjustable in height. The sideboard is in very good condition with only normal signs of wear and tear on the brass base and striping. All the lacquer is in nearly mint condition, just as the travertine top. Maison Jansen was a Paris-based company that closed its doors in 1989. All that time it was one of the most influential interior design houses in the world. Among its clients were royalty and world famous people. H x W x D = 80 x 270 x 48 cm / 31.5 x 106.3 x 18.9 inch. Reference : 257249
