About this brand new furniture

Guzzini Brumbry table lamp designed by Luigi Massoni for Harvey Guzzini Italy. This is an early lamp with Commercial code: 507 – Period: 1969 – 1972 Round chromed metal (iron) base. Rubber O-ring. White lacquered conical ending tube on top. 3 chrome ball nuts. Acrylic mushroom lampshade. Degrading orange on the outside, white on the inside. Chromed iron ring on top of the lampshade. 4 Bakelite E14 sockets. Height: 43 cm Width: ∅ 46 cm Base: ∅ 13 cm 4 bulbs E14, 4 x 60 watt maximum, 110/220 volt.
 The top dome and main lampshade can be switched on independently for up lighting, down lighting or both at once. NB: Excellent condition all round the only niggle is one of the switches is a little sticky! but ok if pressed gently. Re-wired. Reference : 256106

About the designer

Luigi MASSONI

Luigi Massoni was an Italian designer born in Milan in 1930 and died in 1991. After studying architecture at the Milan Polytechnic, he began his career as an industrial designer in the 1950s. He worked for many prestigious Italian brands, including Guzzini, Alessi, Poltrona Frau and Boffi.
