About this vintage design furniture
Danish Magazine stand or rack circa 1960s, features woven rattan strands which wrap around the black painted steel wire frame.
Beautiful minimalistic Scandinavian Modern design attributed to Carl Auböck. Performed for Illums Bolighus.
Suitable for magazines, newspapers or books.
Very good condition, few signs of wear consistent with age and use.

About the designer
AUBÖCK Karl
Karl Auböck was an Austrian designer who was born in Vienna in 1924 and died there in 1985. He was the son of Karl Auböck Senior, a famous woodcarver.
