About this vintage design furniture

This double shade floor lamp was designed by Giuseppe Ostuni and produced in Italy during the 1950's. It has two metal shades, one in facing up in red perforated metal and the other, facing down in red, that are attached to a brass arm. With an organic design, very typical from this period and reminiscent of Stilnovo and Arredoluce style. In good vintage condition. Fully working. Reference : 248515

Giuseppe OSTUNI

Giuseppe Ostuni was an Italian designer who was born in Florence in 1901 and died in Milan in 1966. He began his career working for the Milan lighting company Lamperti & Co. in the 1920s.
