This original vintage Op Art vase set was produced in the 1970s in Germany by Rosenthal. It is made of porcelain and has a fantastic grey golden illustration by Björn Wiinblad on both vases, which is part of the Rosenthal Studio Line Series.
The bottom is marked with Rosenthal, Germany and the illustration with the signature of the designer of this wonderful item.
Straightforward and minimalistic design of the 1970s design era with nice abstract illustration. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home.

About the designer
Bjørn WIINBLAD
Bjørn Wiinblad (1918-2006) was a famous Danish designer, artist and illustrator. Born in Copenhagen, Wiinblad studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before beginning his career as a freelance designer in 1945.
