Description: This delightful rarely seen ’Caspian’ sideboard was designed and manufactured by British cabinet maker Nathan in the mid-twentieth century. Nathan Furniture has been noted for many years for its sound construction and excellent design. The desirable piece provides ample storage space with its two single cupboard, a drop-down drinks cabinet, and three drawers. Both are beautifully designed and superbly manufactured with it’s rich grain, warm tones, rosewood handles, and beautiful solid tapered legs. Both stylish and functional this beautiful piece would make a wonderful addition to any home. Item SKU: Condition: We have carefully stripped this sideboard and refinished it with a coat of matt lacquer for a durable and lasting finish. The top of the chest has a historic repair that in no way subtracts from the piece of furniture, please view the photos carefully. We try to capture the condition of our items in our photographs as best as possible. Prior to dispatch All items are carefully cleaned and re-coated with danish oil to ensure your item is looking its best when delivered.
