About this vintage design furniture
Design desk Splendid midcentury Danish modern ’’model 75’’ executive desk designed by Gunni Omann for Omann Jun Møbelfabrik the 1950s. This refinished vintage desk features six drawers with elegant sculpted wood pulls. Additional storage space is found on the backside with two open bookshelves and a fall-front compartment. Solid rosewood legs support a floating tabletop allowing for additional storage space underneath the leaf of the desk. Rosewood vintage desk Constructed of solid rosewood with rosewood veneers more that half a century ago it shows minor signs of age and use. These comprise light use marks around the drawers and compartments on the back. Overall however this desk is still in excellent vintage condition with the top refinished. The desk comes fully assembled with keys included.

Gunni OMANN
Gunni Omann (1928-2016), also known as Omann Jun, was a renowned Danish designer and cabinetmaker. He is best known for his teak furniture of the 1950s and 1960s, which have become icons of modern Danish design.
