About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful ceiling lamp, model “Bolide”, manufactured by Hermian Sneyders de Vogel and manufactured by Raak in the Netherlands around 1960. Made of high quality white lacquered metal, this sculptural piece has a unique style made of several curved panels. This creates a unique appeal when the piece is lit, and also makes it a unique appealing addition to the decor the rest of the time A fantastic find of Dutch design lighting. The lamp remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.

Herman SNEYDERS DE VOGEL
Herman Sneyders de Vogel (1899-1976) was a Belgian artist born in Antwerp. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and began his artistic career in the 1920s as an avant-garde painter.
