About this vintage design furniture
This original couch or daybed was produced by Hynek Gottwald during the 1930s in Prague. The chrome plate was polished and the wooden parts has been new lacquered. The mattress is made of solid coconut fibre. It has been completely restored and upholstered with a luxury velvet fabric by Kirkby Design. The daybed is restored and reupholstered to order. Delivery time 4-6 weeks.

Hynek Gottwald is a Czech industrial designer born in 1985. He studied at the Faculty of Arts and Design at Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic, graduating in 2009.
