About this vintage design furniture
Danish wall unit in the style of Preben Sorensen, Cadovius (similar mounting system and carpentry) from the 1960s. It is a modular shelving system with four shelves in teak wood, which can be arranged as required. This set consists of: – 4 shelves, each 20cm deep. – Brass hardware, including new pins as original, were missing – 3 wooden rails 70 cm long Great overall original condition with minor signs of use. Wood coated with additional layers of Danish oil.

About the designer
Henning SORENSEN
Henning Sorensen was a Danish designer known for his elegant, modern furniture. Born in 1926, Sorensen began his career as an apprentice in a Copenhagen carpentry workshop. He went on to work for leading Danish furniture manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen and Fredericia Furniture.
