About this vintage design furniture

Mid-century coffee table in bent plywood with birch veneer and a glass top designed by Cor Alons for Den Boer Gouda, 1960s. Very beautiful because of its simplicity, thin legs glass top with a compartment underneath for magazines. Typical Dutch design. The frame has a beautiful patina due to age and still has the original glass top (recognizable by the two dots in the glass). The condition is still good and original with normal signs of use, scratches in the glass and a small hairline crack in the wood, nothing serious (see photo’s). Material: Plywood, birch veneer and metal. Dimensions: h x w x d 56 x 103 x 50 cm.
