About this vintage design furniture
The armchair with the factory number b-7522 was designed by a well-known and respected designer, zenon bączyk. Manufactured in the second half of the 1960s in the highly regarded swarzędz furniture factories. Bączyk is its best known and most popular name, derived from the designer's name. The chair has a low seat, which is wide and deep. The armrests are also long and the angle of the backrest is ideal. Half-hard cushions have been placed on taut belts. All this makes the body ideally placed to rest. The chair has been completely renovated, taking into account all the details and standards of the original. The frame has been stripped of a thick layer of old paint and varnish. Delicate cavities were filled in. It was then covered with several layers of organic teak paint. Finally, it was protected by a satin varnish. The cushions were re-cut in a semi-hard sponge. The paddles were made of a more resistant fabric to traction and stains. A zipper has been used so that the pillowcase can be removed and washed at any time.
