About this vintage design furniture
Sideboard with drawers and sliding doors, in teak on metal legs, Franco Campo and Carlo Graffi, Italy, the 1950s. Credenza on pin legs consisting of two units; one with five black lacquer drawers and one with two burgundy red fabric sliding doors by Franco Campo and Carlo Graffi. The combination and availability of both units at once is very rare. The condition is original and excellent. The Italian designer duo is known for its high-quality production. Italian designers like Gastone Rinaldi, Franco Albini, and Gio Ponti show a strong resemblance to Campo and Graffi.

About the designer
Franco CAMPO & Carlo GRAFFI
Dino Gavina and brothers Cesare and Umberto Cassina founded the Italian design company Campo & Graffi in the 1950s. The company's name derives from the surnames of its founders - Campo for Dino Gavina (born 1922), and Graffi for the Cassina brothers.
