About this vintage design furniture
Ceramic hanging sculpture Girls with a Parasol designed by Czechoslovakian artist Jitka Forejtová. Made in the 1960s. The sculpture is made of ceramic with a green-black glaze. There is a hole for suspension from behind.This minimalist design of the statuette fully corresponds to the so-called Brussels period in Czechoslovakia, which was a period of enormous creation after the great success of the Czechoslovak pavilion at EXPO 58 in Brussels.The statuette is in excellent condition.
