About this vintage design furniture
Modernist lounge chair, model SZ12, designed by Dutch designer Walter Antonis for Spectrum, collection 1971-1974. This Minimalistic chair has a modern and luxurious look and feel to it. The combination of the modest, yet striking, shape of the chromed frame and the well executed (new) saddle leather sling make this an elegant object. This chair, model SZ12, is re-upholstered in a high quality cognac coloured, saddle leather. Original chromed frame (collection 1971-1974) are in extreme good condition. Seat height approx. 35cm

Walter Antonis is a Belgian designer born in 1961 in Antwerp, Belgium. He studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and began his career as a freelance designer in 1984.
