About this vintage design furniture
Modern Louis van Teeffelen mid-century chair, designed for WeBe, Holland, 1955-1960. The chair (model Tolga) is fully restored and upholstered in an excellent light blue felt fabric by Kvadrat (type: Divina MD 0813). The solid teak frame and the curved armrests really make the design. Very comfortable seat, seat height approx. 37 cm

About the designer
Louis VAN TEEFFELEN
Wim Rietveld Van Teeffelen, better known as Louis van Teeffelen, was a Dutch designer who was born in 1921 and died in 1972. He studied at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as a furniture designer in the 1950s.
