About this vintage design furniture
This walnut table was manufactured by Domus Nova for 'La Rinascente' concept store in 1928 and designed by Gio Ponti and Emilio Lancia. The glass top is the original one, it has a chip and user scratches on the top. The wooden frame and horizontal plateau is in a good vintage condition.

Gio PONTI
1891 - 1979Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was an Italian designer, architect, writer and teacher, considered one of the most influential designers of 20th-century Italy. Born in Milan, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began working as an architect in 1921.
