About this vintage design furniture
Beautiful and elegant teak bookcase, designed by Kaj Winding for Poul Jeppesens Møbelfabrik in the 60s. Four beautifully crafted hardwood drawers with characteristic Winding handles line the top of the bookcase, which also includes four height-adjustable shelves. This piece is in very good vintage condition with little sign of age and use.

About the designer
Kaj WINDING
Kaj Winding was a Danish designer who was born in 1926 and died in 1965 at the age of 39. He began his industrial design career working for Danish companies Verner Panton and Arne Jacobsen. In 1958, he co-founded Design-Craftsmen, which produced modern furniture for Danish and Scandinavian interiors.
