Pair of vintage Armchairs from "Wschód" Zadziele, Bauhaus 1950s

Set of 2 Armchairs from Furniture Factory „Wschód” Zadziele. They were produced in 1950s in eastern Poland however the design is very much western-like and reminds of the best bauhaus designs of 20th century. Very light in form and comfortable in use. The Armchairs are after complete renovation – the tubular base have been chromed, beech armrests finished with oil, a the whole seating reupholstered in beautiful boucle fabric from Danish brand Kvadrat.
