Vintage Fantasma Floor Lamp by Tobia Scarpa for Flos 2000s

Big Fantasma cocoon floor lamp designed by Tobia Scarpa for Flos in 1961. This is a new edition made at Flos in 2005. The Fantasma Cocoon floor lamp has an organic shape and provides very nice diffused light. This is the large version of this model. The condition of this fragile lamp is used; fully functional but with visible repairs. There was some damage (cracks) in the cocoon resin layer. These have been repaired, fixed so that they won’t tear any further. These are still visible but can be turned to the back. The lamp contains 4 normal (E27) screw bulb holders, which are switched by a cord switch. Material: white metal frame sprayed with a unique “cocoon” resin with a transparent protective layer.
