Midcentury easy chair in oak by Hans Wegner for Getama 1950s

This easy chair is designed by Hans Wegner and manufactured by Getama in Denmark in the 1950s. This model is a rare find The seat is extra low. The frame is made of solid oak with very beautiful drawings in the wood, especially on the arm rests. Special design feature: 2 metal supports carry the seating part. The seat must have been reupholstered a few years ago: the fabric is in very good condition and ready to use. There is a stamp of designer and manufacturer in the frame.
