About this vintage design furniture
In 1963 Friedrich Wilhelm Möller designed the Conseta furniture series as a modular seating system for the German manufacturer COR. The idea behind it was to design a modular seating system which could be changed by a simple plug-in system. Armrests, seat and feet are held together with clamps and can be disassembled into individual parts for transport. This way, for example, four elements can be used to create either a four-seater sofa or a two-seater sofa with two armchairs. The loose seat and back cushions, armrests and seat shells are covered with black leather. Four steel trusses, each with two chrome castors, form the base frame. The seat height is 39 cm.
