About this vintage design furniture

This beautiful lounge chair designed by Louis van Teeffelen for Wébé comes with a beautiful organic shaped teak frame, with the original cognac colored leatherette upholstery. This chair remains in very good condition with minor signs of wear. Some small scratches on the back of the chair (see pictures).

Louis VAN TEEFFELEN

Wim Rietveld Van Teeffelen, better known as Louis van Teeffelen, was a Dutch designer who was born in 1921 and died in 1972. He studied at the Rotterdam Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as a furniture designer in the 1950s.
