About this vintage design furniture
Armchair produced by Sormani in the 1960s based on a design by Carlo de Carli. Wooden structure with brass elements and leather straps. Seat, back and armrests padded and lined with new black leather. Good general condition, some signs due to normal use over time and normal skin imperfection. Armchair dimensions: Length 105 cm - Depth 100 cm - Height 88 cm - Seat height 38 cm

About the designer
Carlo DE CARLI
Carlo De Carli (1910-1999) was an Italian architect and designer renowned for his work in the 1950s and 1960s. Born in Genoa, Italy, he studied architecture at Milan Polytechnic University and began his career working for architects such as Giuseppe Terragni and Gio Ponti.
