About this vintage design furniture
Set of 2 modules of shelves in wood. Designed by Willem Lutjens in 1953 for Gouda den Boer. 1 module with a box and 2 shelves (150.5 cm x 24 cm, Height 110cm), and the other module with 3 shelves (150.5 cm x 24 cm, Hauteur : 80.5 cm), total length of the two module when arranged side by side: 301 cm. In very good vintage condition.

About the designer
Willem LUTJENS
Willem Lutjens was a Dutch designer, born on January 24, 1894 in Amsterdam and died on January 9, 1959 in Wassenaar. He studied architecture at Delft Polytechnic before turning to design. He worked for several design companies, including Metz & Co, where he created fabrics and wallpapers.
